Senior Mobility Program Fees
The City is considering the adoption of a new senior mobility program fee schedule, which would establish new and increase or modify the existing fees that the City charges to recover no more than the reasonable costs of providing senior mobility program services (e.g., general travel vouchers/“taxi bucks”, non-emergency medical transportation/“NEMT”, and Irvine Station travel vouchers). Senior mobility program fees are charged to residents who meet eligibility requirements and elect to participate in the program. Following the close of the public hearing, the City Council will consider adopting the new fee schedule, which would take effect no less than sixty (60) calendar days following the date of adoption.
