Grand Jury Responses

From time to time, the Laguna Woods City Council is required to respond to reports issued by the Orange County Grand Jury. The Orange County Grand Jury is empowered by state law (California Penal Code Section 925 et al.) to investigate and report on the operations, finances, and other matters concerning the County of Orange and Orange County’s cities, joint powers authorities, school districts, and special districts.
