SPECIAL MEETING
May 13, 2002

Mayor McLaughlin called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Woods to order at 2:00 p.m.
Councilmember Ring led the Flag salute.
III. ROLL CALL
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Bouer, Ring, Ross, Hack, McLaughlin
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Keane; Deputy City Attorney Wohlenberg, City Clerk Condon
The City Council recessed the public meeting to go into closed session at 2:03 p.m.
The City Council met in closed session to confer with its property negotiator, Leslie Keane, with regard to the terms of a possible acquisition of property located in the general vicinity of El Toro Road and Aliso Creek Road, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 5495.8.
The meeting was reconvened at 2:40 p.m. and advised there was no reportable action.
None.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:43 p.m. to the Regular Meeting of the City Council at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at Laguna Woods City Hall, 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, California
