Please note that agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance of regular and adjourned regular meetings. Agendas for special and emergency meetings are posted pursuant to all applicable provisions of California Government Code (Ralph M. Brown Act).

When and where do regularly scheduled public meetings occur?

The City Council meets regularly on the third Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m. All meetings are held at Laguna Woods City Hall, 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637, unless otherwise posted. A list of upcoming City Council meetings is available by clicking here.

The Investment Policy Review Committee meets regularly on an at least biennial basis (twice per year). All meetings are noticed as special meetings and are held at Laguna Woods City Hall, 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637, unless otherwise posted.

The Laguna Woods Civic Support Fund Board of Directors meets regularly on an at least annual basis (once per year). All meetings are noticed as special meetings and are held at Laguna Woods City Hall, 24264 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637, unless otherwise posted.

When and where are agenda packets for public meetings posted?

All public meetings are noticed as either regular, adjourned regular, special, or emergency meetings with agendas posted on the City of Laguna Woods’ website and at Laguna Woods City Hall.

Regular and adjourned regular public meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance, special public meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance, and emergency public meeting agendas are posted as soon as possible.
