This application can be used to transmit plans and other documents related to pending permit applications to the Planning & Environmental Services Department. Do not use this application if a permit number has not yet been assigned to your project. If you have any questions, please call City Hall at (949) 639-0500.

File Upload Add More Files

To upload a document, click on the “Add File” button. The “Add More Files” button can be used to upload additional documents. All documents must be properly named, correctly oriented, and viewable without having to be rotated. Each document must be uploaded as a separate file; do not combine multiple documents into a single file.
