City Hall Closed / Limited Building Services Hours

City Hall will be closed December 24, 2025 – January 2, 2026 (Reopening January 5)

The building permit counter will be open from 7:30 a.m. to Noon on December 29, 30, and January 2.

Building inspections will also be available on the mornings of December 29, 30, and January 2.

• Inspections for the mornings of December 29, 30, and January 2 can be scheduled on the City’s website at www.cityoflagunawoods.org (click on the blue “Schedule Building Inspections” button).
• Inspections can also be requested by 9 a.m. on the day prior by leaving a voicemail at (949) 639-0521. Please note that inspections requested by voicemail are not guaranteed and will be confirmed before they are conducted. Whenever possible, use of the City’s website to schedule inspections is strongly encouraged. Inspections scheduled on the City’s website will be given first priority and are confirmed when submitted.
