A maximum combination of three cats and dogs – no more than two of which may be dogs – may be kept in any residence. Residents wishing to keep more than two dogs, or more than a combination of three cats and dogs, must first obtain a private kennel license from Laguna Beach/Laguna Woods Animal Services.
