Solid Waste & Recycling Hauler Franchise Agreements

California Assembly Bill 2048 (Santiago, Chapter 457, Statutes of 2022) requires that the City post online all current franchise agreements with contract solid waste and recycling haulers. Current franchise agreements meeting the requirements of Assembly Bill 2048 are available below.
